Dr. Joshua S. Blockley is a 2003 graduate of Baylor School, where he excelled both academically and athletically. A true testament to his well-rounded abilities, Dr. Joshua was a four-sport letterman and captain of the wrestling team his senior year. Continuing his dedication to education, he went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earning a BS in Biology.

His passion for healthcare and serving others led him to pursue a dental degree (DDS) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, which he obtained in 2012. Driven to further refine his skills, he remained in the UT graduate system to complete the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program.

Dr. Joshua is now an associate at Blockley Dental, where his specialized training in advanced implant and crown and bridge procedures makes him a valuable asset to the family practice. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a gentle touch to every patient interaction, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

He is a proud member of the Chattanooga Area Dental Society, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the American Dental Association, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and the advancement of dentistry.

Dr. Joshua is a dedicated family man and active member of the community. He and his wife Tara, a nurse, cherish time spent with their children, Hutton and Porter. They are excitedly awaiting the arrival of their third child this summer. In his free time, Dr. Joshua enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle through jogging, weightlifting, and playing golf and softball.
